We are often asked similar questions when it comes to our products, range, design and technology. Therefore we have compiled some of the most common and answered them for you below.

We will always quote 4 weeks from the approved design being sent to our factory. The turn around time also depends on some small factors, quantity, complexity of design and location within Australia.

One of our most proud moments was designing, creating and manufacturing 100 full kits and 200 replica jerseys for a club who got through to the last 32 of the FFA Cup. We completed and delivered the order within 10 days.

We welcome input from our clubs, and are always happy to completely involve you every step of the design process from initial outline to complete production ready artwork. We understand clubs will always want relevant changes to their customised teamwear.

Absolutely! KonQa has developed a strong reputation in assisting clubs with new crest development and brand identity refreshes. Some clubs will request some remedial work on bringing a crest ‘up to date’ whilst others will require a complete revision from crest, colours and kit design. We utilise specially sourced and engineered fabrics in all of our garments. Our extensive and in depth relationship with our manufacturing partners means they are consistently developing fabrics specifically for us. The fabrics we use are those worn by elite athletes in Australia and overseas.

Our team have an extensive background in the sports industry and have developed kits for elite athletes in the Hyundai A-League, the Australian Rugby Union Team and Major Basketball Teams amongst others. The fabrics we use are chosen to not only perform but also look good wash after wash after wash.

We commit significant time and resource to product development and we ‘guinea pig’ our products on elite athletes for example our football socks went through 28 stages of development before we were satisfied with the result. 100% cotton foot with laser etched non-slip sole with significantly more elastemere than our competitors were offering.

Our quality and review processes both at production level where we employ Independent Quality Assurance Auditors, prior to shipping and then before dispatch to clubs are extremely stringent. For customised kits, clubs receive a sample of the garment for final ‘sign-off’ prior to production commencing, this ensures a seamless process.

KonQa was established by a number of individuals who have been, or still are volunteers at clubs. We know firsthand that you are only volunteering your time. We have been left frustrated when our questions to kit providers went unanswered for days. We vowed to make our levels of customer service the very best in the industry. We make ourselves available to you when you need us. We can quote examples of being asked to answer questions from Committee meetings at 10pm at night. This has allowed clubs to make informed decisions on the spot without having to wait for the next committee meeting or convene additional phone hook-ups or meetings.

The items such as tracksuits, spray jackets, sideline jackets, sideline vests, bags and ancillary items, form an integral part of the core KonQa range. In much the same way as playing kits can be completely customised, KonQa offer the same flexibility with tracksuits making them a source of additional sponsorship. 

Our experience with clubs have taught us that merchandise is an important revenue generator for clubs. Working closely with clubs we have designed and manufactured caps, beanies, scarves, hoodies, polos, jackets and replica playing shirts.

Shipping Notifications:

We will send you notifications to keep you up-to-date on where your package is. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message.

International Shipping Rates

Orders to addresses outside Australia may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning or exchanging products.

Return Policy

KonQa offers free return shipping on most orders where there is a fault with the item. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return unworn item(s) within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. Costs to return items where there is no fault with the item(s) will not be reimbursed. Please email our customer service at clubkit@konqa.com.au or call us +61 (03) 9005 7107.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Free return postage applies only to merchandise returned from Australia. If the product is returned outside of the 30-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, KonQa will be unable to honour a refund for the merchandise.

 

Refund Process and Time frame

 

KonQa processes most returns within 20 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. 

Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges on online purchases. If you would like the same item in another size or style, simply place a new order and return the one you have.

We cannot guarantee that inventory will be available when placing a new order.

Safe Shopping Guarantee

We guarantee that every online transaction you make online is 100% safe. If you have unauthorised charges on your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
