Taylors Lakes Football Club

Background

Taylors Lakes AFL celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 2015. They play in the Eastern Districts Football League.

They had been advised by a previous supplier to purchase a pre-season running singlet along with a jersey that could be worn as a warm up top prior to games.

They were recommended to approach us to see if we could come up with a more cost effective solution for them.

Outcome

After discussions with the Club President we were able to fully understand what the jerseys were to be used for. We researched the type of fabric that had the durability, breathing properties and ‘feel’ that were required. This meant that they could use this shirt for both a running singlet and warm up top, significantly reducing their spend.

We recommended that they seek to engage with a sponsor to underwrite the cost of producing the shirts. With this in mind we produced a number of designs that they could show potential companies to obtain sponsorship.

The shirts have been produced via a sublimated process. This ensures the shirts remain lightweight and the club colours, crest and sponsor logo will remain vibrant wash after wash after wash. The absence of plastic heat sealed transfers also ensures the properties of the fabric are not compromised or diminished in any way.
